Dave has about 26 years of executive search industry experience, including 15 years with Capstone Partners focusing almost exclusively on positions dealing with government relations and public affairs.

Our services are provided primarily to mid-to-large-sized organizations with a multitude of difficult-to-manage stakeholders and policy challenges.
As government agencies attempt to become more responsive to their various stakeholders, some have begun the process of implementing modern management techniques and technologies that push those agencies closer to stakeholders, primarily in terms of communications techniques that permit an agency to respond faster and more accurately to critical questions and situations. These agencies will need help with these transitions.
